Pack 825 will have its annual Pancake Breakfast fundraiser on Saturday morning, January 21st at the Orange United Methodist Church! Bring your family! Invite your friends! It will be a great opportunity for our Scout Pack to work together, enjoy a yummy meal with friends and family, and raise money for the OUMC Emergency Relief Fund.
In order to make this event successful, we need to have lots of volunteer help. We will open our doors to the public at 8:00 AM and close everything down by 12:00 noon.
Please consider signing up for one of the time slots below. We have a Friday evening shift from 6:30 - 7:15pm. The Saturday morning is broken up into shifts (7:00 to 9:30 and 9:30 to 12:00). If you want help out during the whole morning, that is great too!

One week prior to breakfast - Get some signs posted!
We would like to publicize our breakfast. We will have an e-mail 'flyer', but we should also have some large signs or a banner by the road near the church. Anyone with ideas for signs should take this on!

Friday Night Set up Crew! -- Set up at the church6:30PM - 7:15PM Friday evening:
Please be at the Church at 6:30 PM to help unload the supplies, set up all tables and chairs, set up buffet line with food warmers, and prepare the kitchen for cooking.
5) Clean Up Crew - Wipe off and put away all tables and chairs, clean up kitchen. (We need three adults and five scouts for this job.) We should be done by 12:00.

1) Ticket Taker - Responsible for the cash box as people pay at the door. (We need one adult to sign up for this job.)
2) Prep Cooks - Prepare the Pancake batter, cook the bacon, fix coffee. etc. (We need 3 adults and 3 scouts to sign up for this job.)
3) Pancake Flippers - Bring your own grill if you have one! (We need 4 adults and 4 Scouts to sign up for this job.)
4) General Help - Serving, Clearing, Table Wiping, Trash management, All round helpers. (We need five scouts and one supervising adult for this job.)
